The direct cause of starting this blog is a class assignment from one of the enrolling courses this semester.

The main focus of this blog is primary on my interests: Government 2.0, mobile technologies, micro payment, intellectual properties, publishing, open source, BRICs, politics in Japan, and many others.

Exploring on the Web and being inspired by the actions and thoughts from all over the world, I would like to make some points and try to understand more about issues.
