David wrote a blog post about how Yelp! could use health-inspection data to improve the accessibility of the inspection data; there might be a chance that this could integrate with Yelp! and expand this project to reach wider audiences. (See: How Yelp Could Help Save Millions in Health Care Costs | eaves.ca) Also Vancouver Coastal Health is getting interested in talking to us about their data.
I tweeted yesterday to look for a graphic designer for this project and huge thanks to many RTs, I got a more than a couple of replies. In fact, a designer in Bangalore,Vamshi Krishna Reddy, replied to me with a cool logo design!
Although I am not sure if we can use this logo for the site, I would like to thank Vamshi again for his work and would love to see a further opportunity. It is amazing to see how fast words spread out globally and see that people are willing help on cool ideas.
